Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Zitomer boutique tags still attached.

Initiate Request

Contact our customer service team or visit our Manhattan location to obtain a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

Package Securely

Place the items in their original packaging along with the receipt or packing slip and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside.

Receive Refund

Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
